The School Sport and Physical Activity Network organise and run a wide variety of different sport and physical activity events, competitions, and festivals within Hinckley and Bosworth. The SSPAN team organise events that target all age groups from Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 4 and Post 16. The SSPAN team focus on involvement and activity for all. Therefore, run numerous events for those children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and inactive children who need extra encouragement in engaging in physical activity. Alongside, the sport and physical activity there is also an empathises in promoting health and well-being amongst young people.
Below outlines the up and coming school sport events that our local schools are encouraged to take part in. However, these events are subject to change and it is advised to contact Steph Tirrell if there is an interest in a particular event.
